Surviving Extreme Cold

In March 2022 Vivienne decided to challenge herself by spending a week deep in the Arctic circle in Finland. Her story includes survival techniques required to ski across frozen lakes pulling a sledge, putting up a tent in the snow, cooking all her food and sleeping in up to minus 20 degrees in the wilderness.
