Streetlight Centre

StreetLight’s skate park is 2500 sq foot in size, fitting into a renovated warehouse just outside Wimborne. With different ramps, all abilities are catered for, from those who have been riding for years to first timers. We would recommend that if it’s a new sport to you that you start with a lesson here at StreetLight with one of our team riders.

From a dusty old warehouse to a thriving indoor skate park and café, Streetlight has come a long way. For more than a decade, we’ve grown, changed, and evolved — but our heart has always stayed the same: creating a safe, welcoming space for everyone.

When we first opened our doors in 2014, we could never have imagined the incredible journey ahead. We’ve celebrated countless moments of joy, faced our share of challenges, and watched an entire community grow around us. One of the most beautiful parts of this journey has been watching young skaters — some as young as six years old — walk through our doors, pick up a board, and find not just a hobby, but a second home. Seeing them grow up, improve, and tell us how much Streetlight has shaped their lives is something truly special.

It’s not just the skaters who feel the impact. Parents often tell us how much Streetlight means to them too — how it gives their kids a place to belong when school or life feels tough. Some have even shared that Streetlight helps them feel like they’re not failing as parents, because here, their children can laugh, play, and connect — all at a low cost that makes it possible for every family to take part.

Streetlight isn’t just a building. It’s a community, a family, and a home built on kindness, creativity, and connection.
