I have recently had both an anti-wrinkle consult and full skin consultation/plan with Laura. Being a new client, Laura listened to my concerns and made me feel very at ease. She examined my skin and used Observ for a more detailed analysis. Laura explained her findings in a clear, professional way and followed up with an amazingly detailed report, including her recommended treatment plan. She is clearly an expert in her field, and I really appreciated her honest and understanding advice. I find skin care very overwhelming, but having Laura as a professional guide has made me feel much more confident. I'm really happy to have found Laura and looking forward to starting my skin journey with her!
