Kyleigh’s papercutting journey began from her home studio in Wimborne when on maternity leave in 2010. She caught the eye and was featured in Vogue, Tatler and GQ and began selling her commissions all around the world through notonthehighstreet.com. Outgrowing her studio shed she set up shop in Mill Lane, Wimborne where she began teaching workshops to people keen to learn the relaxing nature of papercutting. She has gone on to teach sold-out papercutting workshops at Kirstie Allsopp’s Handmade Fair at Hampton Court and Bowood House, as well as at Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place Festival, Stylist Live and CarFest South.
Workshops are held regularly from her studio in Mill Lane next to the Riverside Cafe. She is currently writing not one but two papercutting books, due for release 2023. Her shop/studio is open weekdays during term time for framed papercuts, paper by the sheet, scalpel sets, kits and templates as well as greeting cards. Kyleigh also runs craft fair Handmade Wimborne
