Right from the start, Lynda Hearne and Lyndon Le Boutillier set out to change people’s perceptions of estate agents; to prove that friendliness and professionalism can go hand in hand; to be open and straightforward and always ready to help; be responsive and accountable and live up to every promise they make. In short, to take the usual stresses and strains out of buying and selling and make the whole process as simple and straightforward as you’ve a right to expect. This dynamic couple worked hard and immersed themselves in their business and since then, all aspects of the local community.
As committed Christians, they believe their clients deserve a standard of service which is both ethical and effective. “We always endeavour to understand our client’s real needs and fulfil them in the way they’ve every right to expect. And we expect them to judge us on how well we achieve these aims.” Of course, sometimes mistakes get made and transactions are not always as smooth as they would like, but both Lynda and Lyndon are always at the end of a phone and they do their best to help their clients, or anyone who is buying and selling a home.
Since the opening of Hearnes in 1996, Lynda and Lyndon were soon married and blessed with the arrival of 4 children. As the company began to grow they opened their second office in Ferndown, followed by their Ringwood Branch. They employed staff who also believed in their ethos of friendly and professional service. Their strap line, ‘where service counts’ underpins everything they do. Over time, Hearnes have become high-street market leaders with the staff becoming part of the communities they serve. Staff retention is high, so a familiar face will always be behind one of our doors! Many staff have been with the company since its early days so have excellent local knowledge of the area and most houses!
