  • Your engineer turned up when promised, he was friendly and courteous, quickly identified the problem, checked that he had the necessary spare part and gave me an on the spot estimate of the cost and work involved. I accepted his estimate and told him to carry on with the repair. 30 minutes later he told me he had finished and the oven was now working normally. My kitchen was left clean and tidy with no obvious signs of any work been carried out. This is the second time I have used you and would not hesitate to use you again should the need arise.
